These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of lscvs.myshopify.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our artisanal perfumes. By browsing, accessing, or placing an order, you unrepentantly agree to be bound by these terms. If you refuse, leave now—do not indulge.

1. Acceptance of Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically; ignorance is no excuse.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in Singapore) to use the Site or make purchases. By proceeding, you warrant you meet this requirement or have parental consent. Minors under 18 are forbidden without supervision.

3. Orders and Contract Formation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock, suspected fraud, or violation of terms). Acceptance occurs upon order confirmation email and dispatch. Prices are in SGD, inclusive of GST where applicable, and subject to change without notice.

4. Products Our fragrances are artisanal, potent, and unapologetic. We strive for accurate descriptions and images, but colours, scents, and perceptions vary by device, skin, and soul. Variations may occur. Perfumes may contain allergens—test at your own risk. We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse.

5. Payment Full payment is required at checkout via accepted methods. We do not store payment details; processing is handled securely by third-party providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery We ship only within Singapore. Delivery times are estimates—delays are not our burden. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.

7. Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns See our separate Refund & Exchange Policy for details on faulty items. No refunds or returns for change of mind. All sales are final otherwise—embrace your choices.

8. Intellectual Property All content (text, images, designs, trademarks) is owned by Lascivious or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission. Violation invites consequences.

9. Prohibited Conduct You shall not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with Site functionality
  • Post false reviews or manipulate ratings
  • Use automated tools to scrape data

We may terminate your access without notice for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Products are provided "as is"—no warranties beyond statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.

11. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/products.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Singapore courts.
