We deliver darkness discreetly—only within Singapore.
We ship exclusively to addresses in Singapore. International orders are not accepted. Embrace restraint; indulgence is local only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–6 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Our fragrances demand time—we do not rush perfection.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to couriers, peak periods, or unforeseen events are beyond our control and do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: SGD 10 for all orders.
- No free shipping thresholds—every indulgence bears its cost.
Rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, absence, or refusal. Redelivery fees (if any) will be charged to you.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery.
Non-Deliverable or Undelivered Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. You will bear additional shipping costs. Unclaimed packages after 30 days may be forfeited without refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments Report any damage or loss within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Valid claims may qualify for exchange under our Refund & Exchange Policy. We are not liable for courier mishandling once proof of dispatch is provided.
Indulge locally. Shipments beyond Singapore’s borders are not available.
