We craft bold, unapologetic scents for those who embrace the forbidden. Once a fragrance is yours, it becomes part of your darkness—we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

No Refunds or Returns for Unopened/Unused Products Due to the intimate, hygienic nature of perfumes, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on unopened or unused items. All sales are final unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Products Only If your fragrance arrives damaged, leaked, defective, or not as described, we will exchange it for the identical item (subject to availability).

• Time Limit: Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Conditions:
  • Product must be in original packaging, with seal intact where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) required.
  • Item must not have been used or tampered with.
• Shipping Costs:
  • If faulty/damaged: We cover return shipping (we'll provide a prepaid label).
  • Otherwise: Customer bears all return shipping costs (non-refundable).

Process Contact us at lscvs.perfume@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and proof of purchase. We'll review and respond within 3 business days. Approved exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.

This policy complies with Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law provisions. Statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
